The low-voltage complete control cabinet is a common electrical control device applied to the coal mine ground. It is characterized by a firm outer structure and good moisture and dust resistance. This paper introduces the design points summarized by the author in the non-standard structural design of mine low-voltage complete control cabinet.
Non-standard structural design of low-voltage complete control cabinet
The non-standard structure design of the low-voltage complete control cabinet generally includes nameplate design, logo design, control cabinet selection, control cabinet structure design, control cabinet color design, control cabinet internal component installation design and external dimension design. These aspects are described separately below.
(1) Nameplate design: Each cabinet should be equipped with 1 nameplate. The nameplate material is laser marked with a 1 mm stainless steel plate or a 1 mm copper plate. The nameplate should be legible, sturdy and durable, and its location should be visible after the installation of the complete set of equipment. The nameplate should be marked with the manufacturer's name or trademark, product model or logo, factory number and date of manufacture.
(2) Logo design: The project identification of the components should be marked inside the cabinet so that the user can identify the individual circuits and components. The mark used for the item indicating the component shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB7159-87. For the indicator lights, transfer switches and protection switches that the user needs to observe or have to guide the user's operation, the logo is applied with clear and unambiguous Chinese characters.
(3) Selection of control cabinet: The protection level of the imitation German Rittal ES control cabinet produced by the general manufacturer is generally IP21, and the special customized ES control cabinet can reach IP42. In the case of certain protection requirements, ES control cabinets can be used as low-voltage distribution cabinets, PLC cabinets, relay cabinets, power cabinets, etc. The imitation of the German Rittal PS control cabinet can reach IP54, which is suitable for low-voltage distribution cabinets, PLC cabinets, relay cabinets, power cabinets, etc. in places with high protection requirements.
(4) Structural design of the control cabinet: The control cabinet is generally open for front and rear, and the front door can be equipped with instruments, indicator lights, display devices, operation buttons, switches, and the like. Display devices such as indicator lights, electric meters, etc. should be installed in the upper middle part of the door or equipment, and the operation switch is arranged in the middle or lower part of the door or equipment. The general mounting height of the display device and operation buttons and switches is 1 to 2 m. When there is an observation window on the door, the display device installed in the cabinet should be located in the area visible in the observation window. The installation height (center line) of the PLC is generally about 1.5 m, which is in the observation area of the observation window. When there is more than one PLC, the main PLC is placed in the observation area of the observation window, and the remaining PLCs can be placed in other positions. The indicator light has 4 colors: red means the system or equipment is faulty, dangerous; yellow means the system or equipment is abnormal; green means the system or equipment is running normally; blue means remote control. The buttons are available in 2 colors: red for handling accidents or stops, power outages, and green for starting or powering up.
