1 Insufficient in the manufacture of electric pumps

1.1 Electric pump well inspection pump period, cable line embrittlement, endangering generator unit service life

Insufficient supply of geological structure leads to frequent shutdown due to under-load shutdown, which jeopardizes the service life of the mine generator set; the starting current is 5 times to 6 times that of all normal working, and the impact on the electric pump cable and motor is very large. It is very easy to cause damage to the generator set and cable insulation, especially in the case of low insulation of the insulation layer, which is more serious and even causes the lying well.

2 The basic principle of soft start technology is known from the principle of communication and squirrel cage asynchronous motor. The motor should balance the working voltage with the back EMF difference, and the back EMF difference of the motor will gradually expand with the increase of the motor rotor speed ratio. The necessary excitation current is also caused by the effect of the back EMF difference. The motor has a speed ratio of zero at the beginning of starting and the back potential difference is zero. When the rated power of the motor is started, the starting current amount is suddenly changed to 5 times to 6 times of the rated voltage without being bound by the back EMF difference. The whole process of starting by the soft start control cabinet is to change the output working voltage according to the conduction angle of the synchronous control of the three-phase circuit, and the output voltage can be slowly changed by precisely controlling the slow transition of the conduction angle. The working voltage is gradually increased, the back-EMF difference is gradually improved, and the speed ratio is obviously improved. Therefore, the amount of starting current is too large, which exceeds the purpose of the soft start. The same, the working voltage is slowly reduced, the speed ratio is gradually reduced, and the amount of shutdown current is limited, which exceeds the purpose of soft shutdown.

3 key advantages of soft start control cabinet

3.1 Soft start

That is, the operating frequency of the motor is continuously increased from zero volts to the rated current, which reduces the amount of current that the genset starts up from 5 times to 6 times the rated power of the motor to 2 times or less. The impact of starting a large current on the motor is removed, so that the relative offset between the motor core and the winding is reduced, and the motor with a long operating time and the insulation layer is already embrittled can be reasonably slowed down. The cable jacket is damaged, reducing the chance of short-circuit faults caused by turns and two colors.

3.2 Soft Shutdown

That is to say, the operating frequency of the motor is continuously reduced to zero volts by the rated current, so that the problem of actual operation overvoltage can not be found, and the destruction of the motor and the cable insulation layer by the conventional shutdown is prevented 3 times. The generator set, which has been relatively embrittled and has a relatively long operating time, can greatly reduce the wear rate. It is very important for these generator sets that are often shut down due to underload maintenance.
