The rated voltage of the secondary side of the common voltage transformer is 5A, and the voltage transformer is 100V. (The voltage transformer can only be used with high voltage motor. If the customer is not allowed to consider this standard or the contract does not make provisions, then the standard must be done well;

4. When the camera is adjusted, the motor must have a load of about 80%. The customer should adjust the motor, reducer, mill and other equipment before the notification of the self-adjustment, so that it can carry all the normal applications with the load, in case of delay adjustment. between;

5. Prescribe the preconditions for adjustment and announce the party on the third day.

If the customer fails to do the preparatory work before the adjustment according to the regulations, the customer will stay at the professional technicians (other than the new production line) and the customer will bear any expenses from the professional technicians. At this stage, there are several key methods for local reactive power compensation for wound-type motors in China: the stator-side parallel capacitor of the motor, the rotor control loop of the generator, the double-rotor phase-in phaser and the generator rotor control loop are connected to each other. Move the phaser, etc. These kinds of compensation methods are mainly applicable to places where the motor load base is stable or sluggish, and the application of the motor load torque is strongly changed, but the actual effect of the compensation is not obtained. However, my company's work experience in the production of reactive power compensation machinery equipment for many years is basically based on the selection of contemporary electronic information technology, the principle of handing over the frequency converter, the improved PID control method and other excellent technical or basic theories, and the new type of independent product development. The phaser is extremely difficult to deal with the problem of in-situ compensation of the winding motor under the sudden load-changing phase-injector , and it can also carry out reasonable local compensation for the winding motor with slow variable load and stable load.

2.1 Motor stator side shunt capacitor

First of all, the capacitor compensation only compensates for the reactive power of the power grid except the motor, and reduces the reactive power transmission on the power grid. There is no change to the main parameters of the motor's current capacity and power factor. Secondly, because the amount of capacitance compensation is usually fixed and will not change, even if the capacitance level is classified to change the compensation amount, it is not possible to consider the compensation rule for the sudden change of the load motor with high power factor conversion frequency, large range, and faster. And the operation of the capacitor is greatly jeopardized by the pulse current. When the capacitor operates under the condition of the pulse current, it will cause overcurrent and overload, and the use period of the damage capacitor.

2.2 generator rotor control circuit connected to the double static stationary phase advancer

Generally, the stationary stationary phaser has no capacitance, no rotating components, no fear of dust, high credibility, long service life, convenient maintenance, basically no sound, not easy to cause fire, no capacitor and turntable phaser is not enough. After the phase changer is abnormal, it can be fully retracted. According to the connecting device, the motor rotor is connected to the starter, and the motor can be operated again. When the motor is in operation, the phase advancer is inspected and repaired. After the repair, the fund can be put into operation without shutting down, which can ensure the continuity of production. In the cement industry, wet-type ball mills, centrifugal fans and other wound-wound motors, the load is relatively stable during normal operation, and the transformation intensity is not large. For such motors, the general static fixed phase-injector can obtain very good practical results. Therefore, the general stationary phase advancer is slowly accepted and recognized by many concrete customers.

However, the general stationary phase-in-phase device is more singular because of the compensation method, and the compensation amount is stable. When it is applied to the crusher and roller press of the key power consumption equipment in the cement industry, the load of the crusher and the roller press The transformation is strong and faster, and it is very easy to have two kinds of extreme conditions. If the compensation is not light enough, if it is not lightly loaded, it can not carry out reasonable tracking and compensation, so it is not very good to compensate the actual effect. 2.4 Generator rotor control circuit is connected to double variable load phaser .

In addition to all the advantages of the general stationary passive phaser, the variable load phaser has several prominent features that are not available in the general stationary stationary phaser.

(1) The variable load phaser has dual-single-chip design automatic control system, embedded with various compensation methods, which can fully track the load transition status, and automatically adjust the relevant parameters according to the load transition status, so as to compensate the actual effect. Under which load conditions continue to maintain the idealized compensation situation, thoroughly consider the reactive power compensation provisions under sudden load changes.

(2) The change of the motor load can be verified immediately, and the magnitude of the electromotive force extra on the rotor of the motor can be dynamically adjusted to maintain the power factor of the motor at the expected value. 3 variable load phaser principle.

The variable load phaser uses the contemporary electro-optical and power supply switching components to form a cross-connect soft starter, which converts the DC 50Hz AC current into the same compensation voltage as the motor rotor current frequency and the phase lag motor rotor current amount of 90°. For the additional potential difference, the additional potential difference is added to the generator rotor control loop to change the positional relationship between the motor control loop current and the operating voltage of the wound motor, thereby changing the positional relationship between the motor stator current and the operating voltage, exceeding the modified motor power factor. The purpose. According to the size of the motor operating power factor, the amplitude value of the additional potential difference is automatically adjusted instantaneously, and the size of the motor rotor current amount is changed to incorporate the load transition, exceeding the dynamic compensation power factor.

A typical application case of a variable load phaser in the cement industry.

A certain concrete responsibility company in Tibet has a high-voltage motor of 800KW for use in the crusher. The main parameters of the high-voltage motor are given:

Model specification YRKK630-8, maximum power 800KW, rated current 10KV.

The rated voltage is 60A, the motor open circuit voltage is 1076.8V, and the rated power factor is 0.81.

The rated voltage of the rotor of the motor is 445.5A, and the rated speed ratio is 742r/min.

This motor used for crusher load has a large load change. The motor often works in light load or load. The operating current is 33A at full load, the power factor is below 0.5, and the operating current can go to 72A. The overload is more than 20%, the power factor is 0.87), there is a large amount of destructive current, and the operating load of the motor is extremely extreme.

Because the power factor is very low when the motor is lightly loaded, and the operating current of the motor exceeds the rated voltage during load, the temperature of the motor rises, which seriously jeopardizes the credibility and service life of the motor. The steel company purchased in July 2008. For each of the other companies, the general static and stationary phase-in-phase device is not able to increase the power factor to about 0.9 when it is lightly loaded, and the current amount after the phase-in-phase is greatly shaken with the load. The actual effect is not ideal. Therefore, the application is not used by the customer after a period of time. In June 2009, I used each QCVP2-800G phase injector of our company, the serial number is 20905262. After the capital is put into the phaser, the operating current of the motor is reduced from 33A to 12A, the power factor is increased from 0.5 to 0.98, the operating current is reduced from 72A to 62A, and the power factor is increased from 0.87 to 0.99. Reduced, no over-compensation or under-replenishment, the application economic benefits are very obvious, the customer is very satisfactory.

6 Conclusion

For the cement industry, wet ball mills, centrifugal fans, such as load-stabilized winding motor applications, generally static stationary phase-in-phase devices can achieve very good practical results. In the pulverizer, roller press, such as the sudden change of load, the application of the general stationary phase-in-phase device usually can not obtain the best compensation actual effect, the LVP variable load phaser is selected.
