4.3 When connecting to a temporary load, be sure to have a dedicated power switch and circuit breaker.

4.5 Before the secondary loop plug-in or AC withstand voltage test, the duty officer and relevant staff should be notified, and the person should be sent to the scene to check the control loop, and it is determined that no one can work in the back and then can be pressurized.

4.6 Check the work of the power supply maintenance and re-control loop, and all the switching operations are prohibited without the approval of the staff.
